  • Issue: Cognitive Behavioral System Data Display Issue
  • Status: Reviewing, Found issue and are now addressing it...thank you for your patience..RESOLVED

Following a successful update this morning we observed an anomaly with how data was being displayed.  It behaved fine on several tests ahead of the all-clear sent out early this morning. Also the development platform itself is behaving normal as of this morning. We are not certain the issue with the live platform. We are currently reviewing and addressing the issue and will update you shortly.

  • Issue: Cognitive Behavioral System update
  • Status: Resolved

Updates are planned for the CBT systems this Saturday Sept. 17th beginning 12:00 AM EST. We anticipate we will be done with the updates and final testing by noon the same day. The updates will give Administrators increased flexibility working with forms.  The updates planned are;

  • Ability to complete and/or delete "In-Progress" assessments
  • Have current owner or "User For" data revealed on the individual profile and summary popups.
When the updates commence, status updates will be posted periodically here.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Issue: EvalMeasures domain redirect not function
  • Status: Resolved

Evalmeasures domain was not redirecting properly. The host server hosting our evalmeasures.com domain encountered an issue that required immediate attention. The host resolved the problem. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to restore normal service.

This matter did not affect the EvalMeasures' database portals.  EvalMeasures is hosted on ​Microsoft's robust Azure "cloud" hosting infrastructure. Its backed up on a remote server located off-site so your data is always secure, safe and accessible.
