Roneisha Seaton, CEO of I AM, Keynote Speaker

Some people get lucky, while others dedicate their blood, sweat, and tears to reach their aspirations. Change the narrative of your life! Motivational speaker, author, playwright, founder, and CEO of I AM, Roniesha Seaton, comes from humble beginnings. Roniesha was born and raised in the city of Chester, located in the Delaware County region of Pennsylvania where growing up can be troublesome. Despite her past experiences and shortcomings, Ms. Seaton did not allow these challenging circumstances to define her future.

In 2017, Ms. Seaton launched her organization I AM, which consisted of informational, resourceful and motivational insight to one’s personal and professional life through organized conferences. Ms. Seaton started off with a targeted audience of selectively women from all races and backgrounds, but quickly expanded her audience to further incorporate both men and children into her mission. Ms. Seaton has made quite the impact on the community of Chester, Pennsylvania and continues to strive for positive change among other communities.

In 2019, Ms. Seaton published her autobiography titled, The Blossoming of Me, which allowed her audience to dive into her past and understand how it attributes to her mission as a keynote speaker. Word of the release of The Blossoming of Me made many headlines to include being featured on radio, news television stations, newspaper publications and online blogs. Roniesha reacted to the great demand and influence of her book, transforming her autobiography into a “One-Woman Show” to reach a broader audience.

In 2020, the unexpected blow of Covid-19 stopped the production of The Blossoming of Me “One-Woman Show” however, it did not stop Roniesha from thriving to make an impact. Roniesha developed and facilitated a virtual Job Readiness learning curriculum to assist youth with their growth and development, while also, directing her newly released film “Beyond Your Eye”.

Ms. Seaton has been recognized for her leadership and teamwork collaboration that she brings to the community. Furthermore, Ms. Seaton has been honored for awards such as The Inspiration, The Woman of the Year, Honoring everyday Leaders and The Most Positive Individual. 

Today Ms. Seaton is a mother of three amazing children; one daughter and two sons. When she’s not overseeing her own events, she’s motivating her children to follow their dreams. In fact, Ms. Seaton’s daughter, Honesty Seaton, has already started to make a difference by organizing a “Feed the Homeless” drive and taking on acting roles in her mother’s productions. Ms. Seaton enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending comedy performances and plays.

In middle school, Ms. Seaton was required to perform an exit speech to graduate onto high school. Following this speech, her Language Arts teacher’s response was, “Roniesha, you were made to speak! I’m glad we saved the best for last”. At that time, Ms. Seaton did not fully grasp what her teacher meant by this. As of now, she does! Remain on the lookout because Ms. Seaton is diving into her purpose; to positively change lives, one individual, at a time..
