Cancellation of Registration for Live Web Based Training
By Customer - Customer shall notify Joyfields of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting their project manager. In the event Customer notifies Joyfields of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant’s attendance at Joyfields Training less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall be rescheduled for the next available regularly scheduled session. Joyfields reserves the right to assess a penalty for Customers that repeatedly cancel within the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window.
By Joyfields - Joyfields reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. Joyfields will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of scheduling. In the event Joyfields notifies registrants of its intent to cancel or reschedule Joyfields Training less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Joyfields shall schedule a make-up training session for the next possible date.
Cancellation of Customer Facing Webinar
By Customer - Customer shall notify Joyfields of any attendee cancellation, in whole or in part, or intent to reschedule training for their clients by contacting their training coordinator. In the event Customer notifies Joyfields of its intent to cancel or reschedule less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is originally scheduled to begin, Customer shall be rescheduled for the next available regularly scheduled session and Customer shall pay Joyfields a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the total fees associated with the scheduled training session that has been canceled or rescheduled.
By Joyfields - Joyfields reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. Joyfields will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of registration. In the event Customer has submitted payment for training fees, Joyfields shall promptly refund all training fees paid to Joyfields or shall issue a credit, at Customer’s option.
Cancellation of Onsite Training at Joyfields Arranged Location

In the event Customer notifies Joyfields of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant’s attendance at a training session scheduled at Joyfields’s locations less than thirty (30) business days business prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall pay Joyfields the total fees associated with the originally scheduled training session. In the event Customer has submitted payment for training fees, Joyfields shall promptly refund all training fees paid to Joyfields, less the cancellation fees due, or shall issue a credit of the full amount paid toward a future scheduled training, at Customer’s option. The credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of the cancelled training.

Joyfields will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of registration. In the event Joyfields notifies registrants of its intent to cancel or reschedule Joyfields Training less than ten (10) business days prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Joyfields shall reimburse Customer only for any change fees associated with re-booking airline tickets incurred by Customer for employees scheduled to attend training. Joyfields’s obligation to reimburse Customer for change fees shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200) per Customer employee. In the event Customer has submitted payment for training fees, Joyfields shall promptly refund all training fees paid to Joyfields or, shall issue a credit of the full amount paid toward a future scheduled training, at Customer’s option. The credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of the cancelled training.
Cancellation of On-site Training at Customer Arranged Location
By Customer - Customer shall notify Joyfields of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting their project manager. In the event Customer notifies Joyfields of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant’s attendance at Joyfields Training less than ten (10) business days prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall reimburse Joyfields in an amount equal to any nonrefundable travel expenses incurred by Joyfields.
By Joyfields - Joyfields reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. Joyfields will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of scheduling. In the event Joyfields notifies registrants of its intent to cancel or reschedule Joyfields Training less than ten (10) business days prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Joyfields shall reimburse Customer only for any change fees associated with re-booking airline tickets incurred by Customer for employees scheduled to attend training.
