The Certified Evidence-Based Associate (CEBA) program is a structured curriculum of training and self-study credentialing procedure established to prepare individuals for a career in human, social and justice services. It also aids in the recruitment and retention of skilled and talented staff members who become part of a nationwide network of professionals devoted to improving their effectiveness and enhancing the performance of their agencies and organizations.

With this purchase, you are applying to become a Certified Evidence-Based Associate (CEBA). CONGRATULATIONS!

You will gain access to the required online training and live resources and supports included. Certification is granted after requirements shown below have been met. Candidates will have 90-days to complete the requirements.

Required Steps

Initial Application & Assessment - Complete an initial application and a pre-certification assessment
Earn 13 Continuing Education Training Hours - earned by participating in our online self-paced certification masterclass. Successfuly complete course exercises, quizzes and the post course exam.
Earn 5 hours - through combined hours of required reading and online eLearning training on Evidence-based content.
Earn 2 Hours - by completing the in-person Post Course kive debrief session conducted onsite or virtual. Dates will be scheduled.

Candidates who complete the requirements are recognized as having earned their Certified Evidence-Based Associate Certification (CEBA) and are recognized online at the EBP Society website on our community of evidence-based professionals (ebpsociety.org) platform.

June E. Fisher, MSW, LSW has over 20 years of experience providing training and education services

to professionals, children, youth, families and their communities. Ms. Fisher provides dynamic interactive live and web-based workshops for families, agencies and communities. Her knowledge and skills include working with human and social services teams and systems in the areas of intellectual disabilities, child welfare, trauma, mental health, and drug and alcohol.

Ms. Fisher is nationally recognized for her skills as a Certified Trainer and Curriculum Writer. In 2009 she was named “Trainer of the Year” by the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Training Program. She is also a Certified Federal and Child and Family Service Review (CFSR) Evaluator experienced with the mandated Federal outcomes and the program improvement plan (PIP) process.

She has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Cumberland County Pennsylvania since 2009.

Ms. Fisher works with the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center at the University of Pittsburgh and also serves as associate faculty member at Joyfields Institute for Professional Development.

Ms. Fisher earned her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Temple University and her Masters in Social Work at Widener University.
